Thank you Ladies! The Toys for Tots 2011 collection was a great success! The ladies attending the dances were very generous this year. Because of their generosity, G.U.L.F. gave the Toys for Tots organization about 100 new unwrapped toys plus $125 in cash for the purchase of even more toys. The Marine that picked up the toys was pleased that we had so much to give because many other organizations were not as successful in collecting donations as previous years.
Our board is taking a well-deserved New Year break in January. Then we look forward to getting back in the swing of things with the Lavender Hearts T-Dance in February.
Looking forward to seeing you in 2012.
